How do I print?

Answer

There are printers on every floor of the Andrew Kean Learning Centre at the Horsforth Campus Library, and a dedicated printing area in the Leeds City Campus Library, on the third floor of the building. You can only connect to these printers using one of the provided university PCs or loan laptops.

You will need to send your document to either 'FollowMe_Mono' (for black and white) or 'FollowMe_Colour' (for colour). You will then be able to print it from any of the machines on campus, as they are all on the same network.

You need to scan your University ID card to use the printers and make sure you log out of the machine when you've finished. You can also use these devices to photocopy and scan.

You can add credit to your printing account at the Library Helpdesk or online using the Papercut portal. All students receive £6 credit for free at the start of each academic year.

The printing costs are available on the IT facilities guide, where you can also find more info about computers, Wifi and IT support.
